Rozenova, M. I. Personnel Affairs: Psychological Problems of Development and Maintenance of Professionals

Abstract: The article considers the issues of formation of a professional in the context of crises of professional development and the syndrome of professional burning out and personal deformation. The author raised a question about necessity to create a complex system of professional rehabilitation in various spheres of professional activity. As exemplified by the case study of work of public prosecution officers, it is necessary to establish such a system of professional rehabilitation before it is too late.
