Abstract: This article includes the analysis of problem of efficiency of political communications within the system of federal executive bodies. The current traditional principles of outer communication activities of state bodies fail to meet growing requirements of the consumers of political information, which, in turn, leads to a number of risks, which are analyzed in this article.
