Abstract: In this article the author analyzes the means of application of the good faith principles, doctrines, which arise of this principle, and doctrines, which substitute themselves for this principle within various legal systems. The article includes analysis and examples of application of such principles in the judicial practice of such states as Germany, England, Australia, and US.
